The short version: this is an informational website for a Texas real estate agent. Reading it does not make you a client, the numbers on it are not guarantees, and every property detail should be independently verified before you rely on it.

1. Who operates this site

laurepolly.cloud is operated by Laura Polly, a real estate sales agent licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and acting under the supervision of her broker, AEA Realty, LLC, located at 3901 East Pear St., Pearland, TX 77581. All real estate services described on this site are offered through that brokerage.

2. Using this site does not create a client relationship

This is important. Browsing this website, calling the number on it, or exchanging text messages does not by itself make you Laura’s client and does not create an agency, fiduciary, or representation relationship. Under Texas law, a real estate agent represents a party only after a written representation agreement is signed.

Until such an agreement is in place, Laura may be working on behalf of another party in a transaction that involves you. Before you share confidential information such as your maximum price, your motivation, or your financial position, ask her directly who she represents. Texas requires every license holder to give you the Information About Brokerage Services notice at first substantive communication, and it explains these relationships in detail.

3. Information is provided as is

Property details, listing counts, sales history, price bands, square footage, bedroom and bathroom counts, lot sizes, and area descriptions on this site come from the Houston Association of REALTORS® and other sources believed to be reliable. They are provided for general information only.

They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Listings sell, prices change, and data entry errors happen. Texas is a non-disclosure state, which means actual sale prices are not public record and reported figures may be published as ranges rather than exact amounts. You should independently verify every fact that matters to your decision, including square footage, lot dimensions, school attendance zones, flood zone status, deed restrictions, tax rates, and HOA obligations, through the appropriate official source or a licensed professional.

4. This is not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, engineering, insurance, or appraisal advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for any of those. Real estate transactions involve consequences in all of those areas. Consult an attorney, a certified public accountant, a licensed inspector, a licensed appraiser, or a licensed insurance agent as your situation requires.

Statements about down payment assistance and affordable housing programs are general in nature. Program availability, funding, and eligibility rules change frequently and are set by the agencies that administer them, not by Laura or her brokerage.

5. No offer, no solicitation of other brokers’ clients

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any property, or an offer of any specific price or term. This site is not intended to solicit the business of buyers or sellers who are already under a written representation agreement with another broker. If you are currently represented, please refer this site to your own agent.

6. Fair housing

Laura Polly and AEA Realty, LLC support and comply with the federal Fair Housing Act, the Texas Fair Housing Act, and all applicable equal opportunity housing laws. Properties are offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by law. Neighborhood and area descriptions on this site refer to geography, housing stock, and market conditions, and are never intended as a statement about the people who live there or as steering of any kind.

7. Content and intellectual property

The written content, layout, design, and code of this site are the property of Laura Polly unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print, and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, scrape, resell, or use this content to train or populate a competing service without written permission.

REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® and who subscribe to its Code of Ethics. Listing data and photographs sourced from HAR.com remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to HAR’s terms.

8. Links to third-party sites

This site links to HAR.com, Facebook, and the Texas Real Estate Commission. Those sites are operated by others. We do not control them, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following an outbound link is at your own discretion.

9. Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard and with assistive technology, including proper heading structure, text alternatives for images, visible focus, and readable contrast. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Laura Polly and AEA Realty, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit, waive, or reduce any duty, obligation, or liability that arises from an actual real estate agency relationship established by a signed written agreement, or any obligation imposed by the Texas Real Estate License Act and the rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
