The short version: this website has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, and no account system. It does not ask you for your name, your email address, or your phone number, and there is nowhere on it for you to type them.
1. Who is responsible for this site
This website is published by Laura Polly, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent working under AEA Realty, LLC, 3901 East Pear St., Pearland, TX 77581. You can reach Laura by phone or text at (832) 499-9709.
2. Information you give us
None, through this website. There is no form, no chat widget, no quiz, no home valuation tool, and no email capture anywhere on this site by design.
If you choose to call or text the number published here, you are contacting Laura directly through your phone carrier. Anything you tell her in that conversation is handled the way any conversation with a real estate agent is handled: it is used to help you with your real estate question, and it is subject to the professional and fiduciary duties a Texas license holder owes a client or prospect. It is not added to a marketing list or sold.
3. Information collected automatically
Web server logs
This site is hosted on shared web hosting. Like effectively every web server, the host records standard technical request logs, which typically include the IP address of the visiting device, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page if one was sent, and the browser and operating system reported by your device. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. They are generated by the hosting provider, retained for a limited period under that provider’s own retention schedule, and are not used to build a profile of you or to target advertising at you.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies of its own. It has no login, no shopping cart, and no preference storage, so there is nothing for a first-party cookie to remember. You will not see a cookie consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
Analytics and advertising trackers
At the time of the last update above, no analytics platform, advertising pixel, conversion tracker, session recorder, or heatmap tool is installed on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before or at the same time the tool is added, and the date at the top of this page will change.
4. The one third party that sees your request
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver those font files, your browser makes a request directly to Google’s servers at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. That request reveals your IP address and basic browser information to Google, in the same way visiting any website reveals it to that website’s host. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to create profiles for advertising. We disclose it here because it is the only outbound request this site makes on your behalf.
5. Links to other websites
This site links out to HAR.com for Laura’s verified listings and transaction history, to Facebook for her business page, and to the Texas Real Estate Commission for the notices Texas law requires agents to publish. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s website, governed by their privacy policy and not by this one. We have no control over and take no responsibility for what those sites collect.
6. Children
This site is intended for adults conducting real estate business. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Since it collects no submitted information from anyone, this is a statement of intent rather than a data practice.
7. How information is protected
This site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. Because no personal information is submitted through the site, there is no customer database attached to this website that could be breached. Information you share with Laura by phone, text, or email during a transaction is handled under her professional obligations and her brokerage’s record retention practices, which are separate from this website.
8. Your choices and rights
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states and countries may have comparable rights, including the right to know what personal data a business holds about them, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. This website does not sell personal data, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use it for profiling or automated decision making.
If you have spoken with Laura and want to know what she holds about you, or want it corrected or deleted, call or text (832) 499-9709 and ask. Note that records tied to a completed or pending real estate transaction may need to be retained under Texas Real Estate Commission rules and brokerage policy even after a deletion request, and that legal obligation takes precedence.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no industry consensus on how to honor it. This site does not track visitors across websites in the first place, so the signal has nothing to change here.
10. Changes to this policy
If this site’s data practices change, for example if analytics is added, this page will be revised and the date at the top will be updated. There is no mailing list to notify, so the current version on this page is always the operative one.
